In their 40th anniversary edition, they offer 180 face-to-face and online activities
The Summer Courses – Uda Ikastaroak of the UPV/EHU (University of the Basque Country), which this year reach their 40th edition, take the covid-19 pandemic as a reference to propose relearning. There will be a total of 180 courses, activities and educational offers aimed at a wide audience and which under the slogan ‘Berrikas dezagun – Relearning Reset’ – will revolve around seven vectors: Education, Aging, Sustainability, Pandemic, Governance, Gender and Basque Culture.
The rector of the UPV/EHU, Eva Ferreira, the director of the BBVA Foundation, Rafael Pardo and the academic director of the Courses, Itziar Alkorta, have presented the 40th anniversary edition of the Summer Courses, highlighting that they are not a residual activity, but a central and important project of the University of the Basque Country, which seeks to analyse the most pressing realityfrom the academic rigor.
