The Basque Government held yesterday, as has become tradition, the first Governing Council of the political year in the Miramar Palace. The Lehendakari Iñigo Urkullu and the ministers were received by the mayor of Donostia, Eneko Goia, the deputy general of Gipuzkoa, Markel Olano, and the president of the General Assembly of Gipuzkoa, Xabier Ezeizabarrena.
