The Miramar Palace hosted the Insolvency Study Conference, which brought together commercial magistrates from all over Spain in San Sebastian.
Restructuring, the second chance or the reforms of insolvency efficiency were the main topics addressed during the round tables with more than 60 speakers, in which legal managers from Banco Santander and Caixabank also participated.
The conference was dedicated to the study of insolvency and its manifestations, not only in academic and professional terms, but also in spatial and temporal terms.
This event in San Sebastian closes the cycle of conferences on insolvency in the Basque Country which began last May in Vitoria and which also passed through Bilbao last October.
